Box Support Frame Assembly

First, prepare the Frame Brace / Box Support Frame (Item #1) by installing (2) 5/8”-11 x 7-1/2” HHCS (Item #2), (2)
5/8”-11 Hex Nut (Item #3) and (2) 5/8”-11 Flange Nuts (Item #4). Thread the 5/8”-11 x 7-1/2” HHCS into the Hex Nut
then secure the bolt to the Frame Brace by using the Flange Nut as shown in Figure A.

Note: Some parts and part features have been hidden from view for visual clarity.

Then, referring to Figure B, install the Lt. Tube Assy / Box Support Frame (Item #1) to the Lt. Leg / Box Support Frame
(Item #2) by using (2) 3/8”-16 U-Bolts (Item #3) and (4) 3/8”-16 Ny-Flange Lock Nuts (Item #4). When installing the
Tube Assy, be sure the Tube Edge and Leg Bracket Edge are flush to one another and the bend of the Leg Bracket
also rests flush under the Tube as shown below.

Repeat step for the Rt. Tube Assy / Box Support Frame P#(A2341) & Rt. Leg / Box Support Frame P#(B0209_01).
