WEEE (Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directive 2012/19/EU. These
obligations are being met within the B2B compliance group.
Peak Scientifi c Instruments Ltd, herewith confi rm that as a manufacturer of articles we
conform to the European Parliament and Council Directives, 2011/65/EU for the original
6 restricted substances listed in the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS)
Directive and Commision Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 to include 4 additional
restricted substances. Peak Scientifi c Instruments LTD have developed all reasonable
'due diligence' controls to ensure that our products comply with the principles and
requirements of the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directives.
