3. Explanation of terms
To help you understand the main technical terms and abbreviations in this manual, as well as
better use of the phone functions, the following provides a definition of the meaning of some
words.
ALS (Exchange line services)
ALS provides a function to join two lines with one SIM card. The use of the services needed to
make and receive calls with any one line.
Call barring

Call on hold
