If an alarm has tripped, using the arrow buttons to navigate,
place the cursor on RESET and press ENTER. This will clear
both the alarms, and throw the relays on the front panel back
to their 'normal' position. The ALARM RESET function will
RESET both alarms simultaneously.
If ENTER was pressed while on Set1 or Set2, the following
menu should appear:
Using the arrows to navigate, the RIGHT button will scroll
through each field.
Example: If the cursor is on "Disabled" by pressing the RIGHT
arrow, the cursor will move to "+". Pressing the RIGHT arrow
again, will move the cursor to ">". Continually, the cursor will
make its way through every digit as the RIGHT arrow is
pressed.
To change a setting:
• "Disabled" to "Enabled"
• "+"to"-"
• ">"to"<"
• Or, to increase or decrease a digit,
Press the UP or DOWN arrows while the cursor is on the
appropriate field.
Note :
1) The alarms are not active while in Bias mode.
2) Front panel LEDs also indicate if an alarm has tripped.
Computer/ RS-232 Control
The 444A151 series provides for remote control of all
functions via an RS-232 interface when used with a model
441A3X chassis with computer control. Appendix A gives the
setup information as well as the command set.
