All the components are not replaceable or serviceable (including lithium battery).
Normally, during the usage, components should not need any replacements.
Wear marks, especially bite marks that become present in the mouthpieces over time of usage, are
normal and there is no need to replace the device.
If the device tears, or the internal surface of the mouthpiece becomes exposed, stop use immediately
and contact your doctor or PBM Healing.
Part Replacement:
The PBM Ortho device should last for up to two years if used daily with care and within the ranges
recommended by the manufacturer.
The PBM Ortho device includes a lithium battery that will lose charge over time if not recharged. The
device should be fully charged prior to the first usage.
It is highly recommended that the first usage be conducted within two months from product delivery.
Shelf Life:
Store all components separately. Unplug the battery pack from the charging cable and detach the
mouthpiece from the battery pack.
The PBM Ortho device should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing it
in locations where it might be exposed to elevated temperatures.
It is recommended to store in the original packaging case when it is not intended to be used for a while.
Special care should be taken, particularly when traveling with the device. This will prevent probable
damage and avoid battery depletion.
Rough handling may cause damage to the device. Stop usage if damage is suspected.
Storage & Handling:
Detach the mouthpiece from the battery pack.
Wash it gently, using clean warm water or the aligner cleaner recommended by PBM Healing.
To dry, lightly rub the mouthpiece with a clean dry towel and let it air dry. Do not shake or pat down hard
on the mouthpiece to dry it.
