The usage can be paused simply by removing the mouthpiece from your mouth.
You can resume use by putting the mouthpiece back into your mouth.
If you have paused the device for more than 30 seconds, it would be considered an unsuccessful session
and the whole session for that specific jaw would need to be repeated.
To restart the session, turn off the power and turn it back on. Reinsert the mouthpiece back into the
mouth, press the “on-off switch” again, and repeat the 4 minutes for the arch previously being treated.
COMPLIANCE RECOMMENDATIONS
It is recommended to select the same time every day to do your treatment. It actually takes about 3 weeks
to make a habit, so patiently keep using it regularly.
Suggestions on making it a habit:
Set up PBM healing ortho next to your bed so you can use it the first thing upon rising or just before
sleeping.
Or place it by your computer or tv and use the PBM healing ortho when using the computer or watching
tv.
