Terminal Location 

Locate the terminal on a counter top, desktop or table top. Keep the terminal away from direct sunlight, 

excessive dust, moisture, and heat. Avoid locating the terminal near electrical devices that might 

introduce interference such as microwave ovens and blow dryers.

Paper Roll 

One roll of thermal paper is included in the E800 terminal box.

Dimensions 

The paper roll dimensions are:

Width – 3 inches (76.2 mm) 

•

 

Diameter – 3.15 inches (80 mm) 

•

 

Length – 266.7 feet (81.3 meters) 

 

PAX Technology recommends purchasing additional paper rolls from an office supply store.

Load Paper 

When the printer is out of paper, the “Out of Paper” indicator lights in yellow. 
To load paper:

Open the external printer cover by pulling away from the printer with your fingers in the 

notches to the left and right of the door, as shown below:
