Ayuda en caso de funcionamientos

anómalos y actualizar el software

del aparato

Las luminarias / los dispositivos no se dejan

vincular al mando a distancia Q

(véase el punto 11.).

El mando a distancia Q no reacciona a las órdenes

mediante botones; el LED de estado no parpadea

Posibles causas de la avería:

- La batería recargable del mando a distancia está

descargada. Recárguela (véase el punto 9.).

- El mando a distancia está apagado. Enciéndalo

(véase el punto 1.).

Las luminarias / los dispositivos no reaccionan al

mando a distancia Q pese a que el LED de estado

del mando señaliza que está listo para funcionar.

Posibles causas de la avería:

- Las luminarias / los dispositivos no están vinculados

correctamente al mando a distancia Q. Haga una

comprobación (véase el punto 5.).

- Las luminarias / los dispositivos han sido desconectados

mediante el interruptor de pared, de cordón o del

propio dispositivo. Compruebe que todas las

luminarias/ dispositivos están listas para funcionar.

- El mando a distancia Q presenta un desarreglo en

el software de funcionamiento. Apague y vuelva a

encender el mando a distancia mediante el botón

on/off (véase el punto 1.). Si las luminarias/

dispositivos siguen sin reaccionar al mando a

distancia Q, restaure la configuración de fábrica

del mando a distancia (véase el punto 11.).

ATENCIÓN:

la restauración causa que se borren

todas las memorias de grupos y de escenas. Será

preciso vincular de nuevo por aprendizaje las

luminarias / los dispositivos (véase el punto 5.).

- Las luminarias / los dispositivos no reaccionan al

mando a distancia Q pese a que se han verificado

las posibles fuentes de error mencionadas
