7. Trouble Shooting
1.
Only black-and-white display:
Check whether the color saturation and check field are properly setup.
2.
Power on but no pictures:
Check whether the cables of the HDMI, or 3G-SDI are correctly connected. Please use a
standard power adapter (7-24 Volt). Improper power input may cause damage.
3.
Wrong or abnormal colors:
Check if the cables properly connected. Broken or loose pins of the cables may cause a bad
connection.
4.
When size error on the picture is showsn:
Press [MENU] → [Function] → [Underscan] to zoom in/out pictures automatically when
receiving HDMI signals
5.
Other problems:
Please press Menu button and choose [MENU] → [System] → [Reset] → [ON].
6.
According to the ISP, the monitor tells you, that it can not function properly:
ISP program upgrades are only for professionals. Please reboot your device if you have started
it by accident!
7.
Image Ghosting:
If you see the same image or words on the screen for a long period of time, parts of that image
or words may burn into the screen and leave a ghosting image on it. Please understand
that’s
not a quality issue. So, there is no warranty/return/exchange for such a case.
8.
Some options can not be select in the Menu:
Some options are available only in a certain signal mode, such HDMI, SDI. Some options are
available only when a certain feature is turned on. For example, the Zoom function has to be
set as follows
: [Menu] → [Function] → [Scan] → [Zoom] → [Exit] → [Function] → [Zoom].
9.
How to delete 3D-LUT User camera log:
The User camera log can not be deleted directly from the monitor, but it can be replaced by
reloading the camera log.
