Obtaining Warranty Service
To request a return, speak with a PassTime representative at 1.800.865.3260 to obtain a case number and
a return authorization (RA) number.
Customer covers shipping cost one way.
Be sure to include case number and return authorization (RA) number with returns to ensure timely
processing.
Units will not be replaced or removed from dealerships inventory until they are received and PassTime
has completed testing.
