7) Usage instructions
The actual vibration emission value during use of the machine may differ from that specified in the operating
manual or by the manufacturer. This may be caused by the following influencing factors that should be conside-
red before or during use:
-
Is the way of cutting the material or how it is processed correct?
-
Is the condition of use of the machine in order?
-
The degree of sharpness of the cutting tool or whether the cutting tool is correct
-
Are the handles, possibly the optional vibration handles, mounted and are they fixed firmly on to the ma-
chine body?
Stop work immediately if you notice any discomfort or dis-colouration on your hands while using the machine.
Take sufficient breaks while working with the device. Failure to take sufficient breaks will result in a hand & arm
vibration syndrome.
An estimate of the degree of stress depending on the work or use of the machine should take place and corre-
sponding work breaks should be taken. In this way, the level of stress can be significantly reduced during the
entire working time. Minimise your risk of being exposed to vibrations. Care for this machine according to the
instructions in the operating manual.
If the machine is frequently used or used, you should contact your dealer and obtain anti-vibration accessories
(handles) if necessary.
Avoid using the machine at temperatures of 10° C or less. Make a work plan which limits the vibration load.
