-There has been a security operation and the time of 120sec for the cleaning is expired.
-There has been an accidental stop (lack of pellet, block of the gear motor, etc.)
For the error or warning message refer to "Troubleshooting".
You cannot exit the BLOCK status automatically; to unlock the system, you have to:
1. investigate and act on the reason that has caused the problem;
2. keep pressing the ON\OFF Key on the control panel for about 5 seconds to let the system
turned off.
Should the boiler go frequently in BLOCK phase further to a safety reason or an accidental
shutdown, do not insist with manual reset procedure.
Any repairs must only be carried out by the manufacturer or by an authorised service agent
or by a qualified technician using only original spare parts.
ROOM THERMOSTAT CONNECTION
In questo caso la caldaia uscirà dalla fase di modulazione se e solo se il termostato
rileverà una temperatura minore di quella per il quale è stato impostato (quando si
verifica tale condizione di funzionamento sul display si accende il led numero 11).
Per aprire la custodia dei connettori, fare leva
all’interno dei due dentini che sporgono dal
profilo della stessa.
The boiler can work with an external room thermostat as well. You just have to connect a
normally closed one the connectors located inside the white case at the rear side. When the
thermostat detects the set temperature, regardless of the boiler water temperature, it will
activate the Modulation mode. In this case the boiler will exit the modulation phase if and only
if the thermostat detects a temperature lower than the one set before (when this condition
occurs, the number 11 will light up on the display).
