CAUTION:
This product contains a high intensity ultraviolet light
source. Always wear proper eye protection (UV
blocking safety glasses) and skin protection when
using this device.
• This instrument contains an internal high-voltage power source
and a replaceable UV lamp assembly. Do not attempt to open or
remove the case at any time except for servicing by qualified
personnel only. Always make sure the unit is unplugged before
servicing.
• Only use the power supply supplied with the product.
• Do not remove or modify any of the components of this device.
Doing so will create an unsafe operating condition and will void
the product warranty.
• Do not block the exhaust of the ventilator fan. After turning off
the device, do not disconnect power until the fan stops running.
Failure to follow these directions will damage the equipment.
Notice:
• This is a precision measuring instrument. Avoid dropping or
rough handling which can damage the unit or affect the
measuring accuracy.
• Do not use this instrument if it is damaged in any way. Contact
PASCO Technical Support for assistance.
