6.1.1.4 LAN Infrastructure Mode
In this configuration the
built-in WiFi
access point of MTC-4500
is disabled:
.
The dongle and/or the mobile devices can connect to the secured wireless access point of the company network.
The Base-unit of MTC-4500 is hard-wired connected via LAN to the Ethernet of the Company network.
The Staff-users connect to their usual access point of Company network, without the need to change the WiFi.
Follow the instructions of the configuration wizard for “LAN infrastructure mode”.
When pairing the dongles, by plugging the dongle in the USB /Type C port of the Base-unit, will be automatically
paired to the Staff access point, and NOT to “MTC-4500” Base-unit.
