Solutions to frequent encountered
problems:
4.1 Ticket (card) can not read:
Retrieve the ticket (card) from the ticket (card) reader. Make sure it is a valid parking
ticket and test the ticket to make sure it is in normal condition.
4.2 Banknote not accepted and backed out from banknote validator:
Retrieve the banknote and make sure it’s flattened and then try insert it with another
side or direction to try again. The banknote validator should be able to accept any
accepted banknotes with both sides and directions.
4.3 Coin not accepted and dropped to the change and receipt outlet box:
In order to prevent accepting fake coin(s), old coin(s) could be rejected due to its attrition.
Insert other coin(s) to try again.
4.4 Coin(s) not dispensed for change:
Change coin(s) not dispensed when coin hoppers are not empty (system did not received
any out of coin change alarm). The change chit should be issued for not dispensed coin
money amount. Wait till next change operation and see if coin(s) can be dispensed, or
check the coin hopper to see if any coin(s) blocked.
4.5 Banknote(s) not dispensed for change:
Change banknote(s) not dispensed when banknote dispenser is not empty (system did
not received any out of banknote alarm). The change chit should be issued for not
dispensed banknote money amount. Wait till next change operation and see if
banknote(s) can be dispensed, or check the banknote dispenser to see if any banknote(s)
blocked.
4.6 Receipt not printed:
Push the [Feed] button on the thermal printer to check if thermal paper is normally
feeding to the printer.
