Inserting/removing the saw

Always switch the product off,
disconnect it from the mains and let the
product cool down before making any
adjustments!

gloves when handling saw blades .

Always install a suitable saw blade for
the job .
Inserting the saw blade
(Fig . D)

Turn the chuck ring 3 in a counter-clockwise
direction .
¾
Insert the saw blade into the saw blade
holder 4 .
¾
Release the chuck ring 3 and let it return
to its original position . If necessary, turn the
chuck ring manually to its original position .

Before use: Pull on the saw blade and check
if it is inserted safely and tightly .
NOTE

For certain work, the saw blade can
also be inserted after turning it by 180°
(Fig . D1: Default position / Fig . D2:
Alternative position) .
Removing the saw blade
(Fig . D)

Turn the chuck ring 3 in a counter-clockwise
direction .
¾
Pull the saw blade out of the saw blade
holder 4 .
¾
Release the chuck ring 3 and let it return to
its original position .
