Inserting/removing the
branch support
Inserting the branch support
1. Slide the branch support (12) over the
foot plate (2). To do so, press the wing
clamps (12a) together.
The guide rails (12b) on the branch
support fit into the indentations (2a) on
the foot plate (2).
2. Release the wing clamps. The locking
hook (12c) on the branch support en
-
gages in the recess (4) on the footplate
(2), locking it in place.
3. Check that the branch support (12) is
secure by pulling on it.
Removing the branch support
4. Press the wing clamps (12a).
5. Pull the branch support (12) out of the
retainer on the cordless branch saw.
6. Release the wing clamps (12a).
Operation
Removing/inserting the
rechargeable battery
Removing the
rechargeable battery:
1. Press the release button (10) on the end
of the handle (8).
2. Remove the battery (9).
Inserting the rechargeable battery:
3. Push the battery (9) along the guide
rail into the device.
Switching on/off
Switching on:
1. Ensure that the battery (9) is inserted
(see “Removing/inserting the battery”).
2. Press the switch lock (6).
3. With the switch lock pressed, push the
on/off switch (7).
You can release the switch lock.
4. You can progressively control the stroke
rate by using the on/off switch (7).
Gentle pressure:
low stroke rate.
Greater pressure:
higher stroke
rate.
The on/off switch cannot be locked.
Switching off:
5. Release the on/off switch (7).
Charging the battery
1. If necessary, remove the rechargeable
battery (9) from the device.
2. Slide the battery (9) into the charging
slot of the charger (11).
3. Plug the charger (11) into a socket.
4. Once charging is complete, disconnect
the charger (11) from the mains supply.
5. Remove the battery (9) from the char
-
ger (11).
