Parker Hannifin Manufacturing (UK) Ltd

Insert the new O-ring from the top. Ensure

that it is fitted so that the moulding split line is

not on a mating face.

Apply a small amount of silicone grease to a

gloved thumb and feed the O-ring in evenly.

Coat the whole of the O-ring evenly and then

close the door.

Using the torch, inspect the inner face of the

door to ensure that there is an even witness

mark on the machined surface. Any gaps that

are present will be paths for air to escape. It

may be necessary to re-fit the O-ring to get a

good seal.
