T5 Replacing the compressor
Check
1. Turn on the AC power and check the air flow is above 8 lpm and the pressure is
above 150 mmHg
2. If the compressor fails to meet the air flow or pressures stated, please replace
the compressor
Procedure
1. Remove both the air tubing and wiring connecting to the compressor
2. Remove both pump wiring leads from the control panel PCB
3. Use appropriate tools to unscrew “U-Shape compressor bracket” by twisting
open the screw washer
4. Pull out the compressor rubber tips from the U-Shape bracket, each
compressor has total of 8 dampening tips
5. Inset new compressor assembly
6. Rubber tips must insert and pass through the U-Shape bracket to ensure
proper suspension, refer to diagram 5_1
7. Secure the finished compressor assembly, including washer, back to the
enclosure base
8. Re-connect the compressor lead wires and tubing back to original position
