The following conditions, which describe the requirements and the scope of
our warranty service, shall not affect the seller‘s warranty obligations conta-
ining within the purchase agreement with the end consumer.
We grant warranty for the device in accordance with the following conditions:
1. We will remedy any defects with the device free of charge in accordance
with these conditions, with the exception of sending and return costs. It
must be possible to verify that the defects are due to a fault in the material
and / or manufacturing and that the defect is reported to us immediately
after being detected and within 36 months after being delivered to the first
end consumer. A further requirement is that the warranty service can be
provided in Germany. We cannot provide warranty services abroad („no repair
on site“).
If the defect manifests within six months of delivery to the first end con-
sumer, it shall be presumed that it is a fault in the material and / or manu-
facturing.
2. The warranty does not apply to easily breakable parts, such as glass. There
is no warranty obligation in the event of marginal differences compared to
the target state that have a negligible effect on the value and fitness for pur-
pose of the device, or differences caused by damage from violent impact or
those caused by abnormal environmental conditions or unsuitable operating
conditions, or if the device has come into contact with unsuitable materials.
In addition, no warranty shall be accepted if the defect on the device is
caused by damage during transport that has not been caused by us, incorrect
installation / assembly, incorrect use, non-customary use, insufficient care
or non-observance of operating or assembly instructions. Warranty claims
become void if repairs or operations are performed by individuals who we
have not authorised to do so, or if our devices are fitted with replacement,
supplement or accessory parts that are not original parts.
