Mounting the Bracket to the Wall

1. Determine the location on the wall where you will mount the Nomad Ten
2. Drill two horizontal pilot holes 3 1/8" apart
3. Fasten the bracket to the wall with hardware that will reliably support the weight of the speaker.

Make sure the cross member of the bracket is facing up.

4. Rotate the bracket to the desired position and fasten the bracket to the wall.

Mounting Nomad Ten to its Bracket

1. Screw the four allen screws partially into the threaded inserts in back of the Nomad Ten cabinet and

slide the speaker onto the mounting bracket.  The weight of the speaker should cause the four screws
to drop into the smaller portion of keyhole openings.

2. Once you have properly seated the speaker onto its the bracket, tighten the four screws with the

supplied 5 mm allen wrench.

3. Once the Nomad Ten is securely seated in the bracket, it can also be horizontally mounted.

Hookup

Run an appropriate length of wire to each speaker.  Next, strip about a 1/4” of insulation from each
speaker wire and twist the exposed strands.  If practical, you should “tin” the speaker wire with molten
solder to prevent oxidation.  Insert the wire into the correct speaker terminal so the insulation is snug
against the back of the terminal housing.  Be sure to maintain c and - polarity for proper phasing.
Most wires have a ridge or pattern on one of the conductors to help facilitate this.  Use at least 16 AWG
wire to assure adequate power transfer from the amplifier.  If the installation requires wire to be exposed
to direct sunlight or buried, you may want to use special underground/UV resistant wire.  After you
make the connections, seal around both speaker terminals with silicone and also the hole where the wires
enter any exterior house walls to prevent cold air and water leaks.
