OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION
Do not attempt to operate until you

BEFORE TURNING GAS SUPPLY ON:
Your appliance was designed and
approved for outdoor use only.
Do NOT use it inside a building, garage, or any other enclosed area.

BEFORE LIGHTING:

If relighting a hot appliance, always wait 5 minutes with tank valve closed.

hose leaks, it must be replaced prior to operation. Only use the replacement hose assembly
specified b y manufacturer.

LIGHTING:
1. Turn the control knob to “OFF” position. (Figure A)

Control Knob IN for 2 minutes to purge air from gas lines before proceeding.
3. Push in gas control knob and turn counterclockwise to “HIGH” (Figure B). Press igniter button. If needed, return gas control
knob to “OFF” and repeat these steps until the fire pit lig hts (you should hear a clicking sound each time).
4. After the appliance lights, release control knob If you want a lower temperature push in the control knob and turn .
counterclockwise to the “LOW” Position (Figure C).
NOTE: If burner fails to remain lit, close all valves and wait at least 5 minutes for accumulated gas to dissipate before
attempting to light.
