Operating the manual emergency crank

Assembly of the rain cover

Awnings with motors with manual emergency crank can be retracted with the manual crank included in the scope of deli-

very in an emergency (e.g. power cut).

Please note that the gears inside the motor is only designed for emergencies and it is not permitted to operate the

awning with the manual emergency crank on a permanent basis.

After operating the awning with the manual emergency crank, it must be cranked into a position between the endpoints OPEN

and CLOSE (awning is approximately half open) before it may be operated again using the controller (switch, controller, remote

control)!
