3500 Series Printer Driver cannot be
found in the printer and fax folders.
Reinstall the printer driver.
Ensure that the USB interface cable and the
power cord are both properly connected.
The printer is in Ready mode but does not
perform any print job.

printer, please reinstall the printer driver.
Ensure that the USB interface cable is
properly connected.

Check whether the Print Spooler service is
enabled. Check the power supply and the
connection of the printer.
The driver is not available after the IP address
of the printer is changed.
Modify the IP address of the printer driver port.

Paper Feed Failure The print media is loaded
incorrectly.
The print media is beyond the
usage specification range.
The feed roller is dirty.
Please correctly load the print
media. If you use special print media
for printing, please print with the
multipurpose input tray.
Please use the print media within the
specification range.
Clean the feed roller.
