Gently pull the jammed paper straight out.

Remove the jammed paper and close the fuser door and the rear cover, then the
printer will automatically resume printing.
Duplex Unit Jam:

Remove the duplex printing unit from the back of the printer.

Remove the jammed paper from the duplex unit.
