Cannot connect
to the
Nationwide
Sprint PCS
Network
Solution
If, when trying to establish a Sprint PCS Vision
connection, the connection is dropped as soon as it is
established:
1. Select
(Windows XP) Start > Control Panel > Network
Connections .
(Windows 2000) Start > Settings > Control Panel >
Network and Dial-Up Connections .
2. Right-click Sprint PCS Vision - Pantech and
select Properties .
3. Select the Networking tab.
4. Select Settings .
5. Ensure that that
“
Enable LCP Extensions
”
and
“ Negotiate multi-link for single link connections ”
are not selected.
6. Click OK .
