Car service and security system Pandora DXL 397O

Problem

Solution

The system cannot be reached when
calling from supplementary owner's
number.

When calling the system from any number, safe from main
owner's number, guest PIN should be entered. Factory
preset PIN is "1234". It can be changed in the settings.

The system cannot determine
owner's number.

Some mobile providers use different country code prefixes
(e.g. +44 or 0 for UK). Please use the correct prefixes that
your mobile operator uses when programming the system.

The system cannot reach owner's
supplementary number when alarm
is triggered.

Owner's main number has voice mail turned on. Disable it
for the system not to get stuck.
