Ethernet connection

This product is equipped with a standard Ethernet communication interface, connected to a local area network
through a network cable, and communicates with the PC running the company's intelligent welding management
system iWeld software to realize the record management and parameter setting of welding data.

Internet connection

Please ensure that the use occasion
has network connection conditions.

In order to ensure the stability of
network communication, please
ensure that the network cable
connected to this product is far
away from interference sources such
as power and electricity.

Network parameter configuration

The default IP address of the
welding machine is 172.16.XX.XX, and
the subnet mask is 255.255.0.0.

If you want to realize data
communication between the welding
machine and the PC through the
Ethernet, you need to set the IP
address of the PC to: 172.16.70.250,
and the subnet mask to: 255.255.0.0,
which can be used without changing
the IP address of the welding
machine. Realize the connection with
iWeld software.

If the welding machine is connected
to the local area network, you need
to change the IP address of the
welding machine and the IP address
of the data server, use the PC
serial cable to connect the serial
configuration interface of this
product, and run the special
configuration software IOT_CONFIG of
the company's welding machine on the
PC. Parameters are configured, and
the configuration method is detailed
in chapter 4.7.
