Confirm the remaining battery level of the microphone
The [MIC BATT] indicator shows the battery level of the microphones on each channel in
three increments. (The indicator will stay off if there is no battery information from the
microphone)

* Replace the batteries, or, if they are rechargeable, recharge them.

Important
If the battery information signal is lost, the [MIC BATT] indicator goes off, but
it lights on again as soon as the signal is restored.
The battery life depends on many variables, such as the battery
manufacturer, the battery type, and the temperature within with the batteries
are used.
The indication of the remaining battery level will change according to the
microphone battery type (either alkaline or Ni-MH) selected in “Microphone
battery settings” (page 46).
Setting the battery type switch to the wrong position will not interfere with the
operation of the microphone, but it may result in the orange and red
indicators lighting on for too long or too short, displaying an incorrect reading
of the remaining battery level.
