Chapter 4 Fax/Email Settings
Example : Select Receive
The Select Receive function prevents receiving unnecessary documents. ( Ex : junk fax, direct mail,
etc.)
The procedure of setting “ Select Receive ” is described below.
z For more details about Select Receive, refer to Convenient Reception Features in the Operating Instructions
(For Facsimile and Internet Fax) of provided CD-ROM.

Press the Function key.

Select “ Fax/Email Settings ”.

Select “ 04 Key Operator Mode ”.

Enter the password (8-digit), and then
select “
OK ”.

Select “ 01 Fax Parameters ”.

Select “ 40-79 ”.

Each Fax Parameter can be directly
selected by inputting the corresponding
number with the Keypad for quick operation.
If you know the parameter number, enter the
number with the Keypad, and then press the
Start key.
Ex: In step 6, enter “46” with the Keypad,
and press the
Star t key to select “ 46
Select Receive ”.
