Using the Freeview Guide enables you to select a programme easily, view programme information, etc.
The Freeview Guide - Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) provides an on screen listing of the programmes currently
broadcast and the future broadcasts over the next seven days (depending on the broadcasters).
