from the scanning area.

Is the trouble solved?

Try CIS Training (Test Mode 15).

Are the Feed Rollers dirty?

Yes

1. Clean the Scanning Glass (Sect. 2.4).
2. Clean the CIS and white plate.

Is the Scanner Block abnormal?

Yes

Clean the rollers (Sect. 2.4).

Yes

1. Check CN12 (SC PCB).
2. Check CN4 (CIS).
3. Replace the Scanner Assembly (443) (Sect. 2.5).
4. Replace the SC PCB (Sect. 2.5).
