1. Removing the Battery Pack

14-1

Disassembly / Reassembly

Note : Power off the computer. Do not shut down to the Suspend or hibernation mode.
Do not add peripherals while the computer is in the Suspend or hibernation mode;
abnormal operation may result.

1. Slide the Battery Cover and remove it.

2. Slide the Battery Lock Knob, and then without

releasing it, slide and remove the Battery Pack.

2. Removing the HDD Mounting
    KIT

3. Removing the HDD, HDD FPC,
    HDD FPC Cover, HDD FPC
    Guide.

1. Remove the HDD Case Upper.
2. Slide the HDD FPC Cover and Remove the <A>

brock.

3. Disconnect the HDD.
4. Remove the hocks and remove the HDD FPC Guide.
5. Remove the HDD FPC Cover and remove the

HDD FPC.

1. Slide the HDD Lock Knob, and then without releasing

it, slide the HDD Mounting KIT.

2. Remove the HDD Mounting KIT.
