How to Supply Solder

Before starting production, check the printing direction of the squeegee, then put the solder quan-
tity as specified by an engineer onto the mask by using a spatula, etc.

∗

If solder is left out unattended for hours, it can dry up and becomes unusable. So, supply solder
just before starting production.

The solder supplying method during production varies depending on ON/OFF setting of solder
autodispensing in the function switch and whether or not the solder autodispensing unit (option) is
installed.
This section describes how to supply solder during production.

When Solder Autodispensing Is Disabled

When the paste count is “0”, this machine sounds a buzzer and comes to a cycle stop. Supply
solder in the following steps.

. Press

• The buzzer stops.

. Turn OFF the servo switch.

3

. Open the front safety cover.

4

. Check the remaining solder and the

printing direction, and supply the
proper quantity of solder manually.

5

. Close the front safety cover.
