Improving reception
DVD players can interfere with radio reception. Turn the DVD player off or
move it further away from the AM loop antenna if this occurs.
If the correct AM frequency cannot be tuned in, change the frequency
step to suit your area.
1. Press [MULTI CONTROL, CANCEL].
2. Select “
TUNER ” and press [ENTER].
3. Select “ AM ALLOC ” (AM ALLOCATION) and press
[ENTER].
4. Select “ 9 kHz ” or “ 10 kHz ”and press [ENTER].
5. Press [MULTI CONTROL, CANCEL] 2 times to
select “ EXIT ” and press [ENTER].

On the remote control (Direct tuning)

Select “ TUNER ”.

Select “ FM ” or “ AM ”.
Press and hold for 2 seconds.

Press [DISC, DIRECT TUNING].

Enter the station frequency.
e.g. 107.90 MHz, Press [1]

• If you do not press a button while the cursor is flashing, the
display returns to the frequency being received.
• If the frequency has not been input correctly, “ ERROR ” will be
displayed.

Select “ TUNER ”.

Tune to the station.
• Automatic tuning
Hold down [TUNE

] until the frequency begins to scroll.
Tuning stops when a station is found. (Tuning may stop if there is
interference.)
