In other cases, Fan and compressor aren`t working together.
IMPORTANT FUNCTION:
If compressor works in together with fan for 1 hour and cooler compartment still can’t reach damper close value, damper-fan-
compressor will work separately until cooler compartment reaches damper close value. When it reaches to this value, they
return to working together again. (separate working is explained below)
