HOW TO REPAIR IF TEMPERATURE OF CRISPER IS TOO COOL

Release all cabinet accessories as follow :
- 1 pcs of Crisper (No. 66)
- 3 pcs of PC Tray (No. 65)

Release 5 pcs of screw (Truss 4TS14) :
- 1 pcs at Cover Lamp (No.35)
- 1 pcs at Thermo Case (No.27)
- 3 pcs at Plat Duct PC As.(No.26)

Release Piece Duct PC ( No.31), Cover Lamp & Thermo Case from cabinet

Release Plate Duct PC As. from cabinet

Additional Moran Tape 2 layers to the Plate Duct PC As.
Moran Tape must be fix surely at Plate Duct PC As. and may not be pell off.

Install Plat Duct PC As. to the cabinet again.
Make sure Plate Duct PC. As. Fixed properly on the cabinet.

Fix Plate Duct PC As. by Truss 4TS14 (3 pcs)
Tighthening torque should be 80 ± 50 cN.m

Install Thermo Case As. to the cabinet.
Make sure Thermo Case As. fixed properly on the cabinet.
Fix Thermo Case As. By Truss 4TS14 (1 pcs)
Tighthening torque should be 80 ± 50 cN.m
Install Piece Duct PC & Cover Lamp to the cabinet .
Make sure Cover Lamp fixed properly on the cabinet.

Fix Cover lamp. By Truss 4TS14 (1 pcs)
Tighthening torque should be 80 ± 50 cN.m

Restore all Cabinet Accessories as follow :
- 1 pcs of Crisper (No. 66)
- 3 pcs of PC Tray (No. 65)

Running Test (Approximately 4 hours)
After finished repair, refrigerator should be run during 4 hours.
It necessary to ensure that refrigerator in stable condition before measuring.

Measure temperature on PC room (Center of Crisper).
(Temperature should be 0.5 ~ 5.5
o
C)
Make sure this parts
stored on the good
place/compartment
during repairing. It to
prevent from scratch,
dented and other
defect.
