not rice puddings (Thai, Basmati,
Jasmine, Surinam, Arborio or
Mediterranean rice).
Rinse the rice
thoroughly before cooking� Use a large
bowl� Add ½ tsp salt and 2 times boiling
water to rice� Cover with a lid or pierced
cling film. Press auto cook five times. Stir
at the beeps� Allow to stand for 5 minutes
after cooking�

CHICKEN

pieces (not boned). e.g. breasts,
thighs, drumsticks and quarters.
Place the chicken or duck pieces evenly
spread on a heatproof dish (e�g� Pyrex®)
on the wire rack� Press auto cook six
times and turn at beeps� Allow a few
minutes standing time at end of cooking
and season to taste� This program is not
suitable for turkey�
