Remove rubbish from the air intake (P.EN19)
( Since the suction power is lower in the LOW mode, some rubbish
may be left over in the air intake causing the lamp to come on)
Dust box full lamp
The lamp (red) flashes/comes on even though no
rubbish has been sucked
The lamp (red) does not flash/come on even though
rubbish has been sucked

Empty the dust box (P.EN18)
The lamp does not change from red to blue

The lamp (red) may come on more frequently when using the
unit on new carpets. (Because more loose threads are picked
up by the sensors)
Dust detector lamp
The battery runs out quickly even when it is fully charged

Was the battery charged in a cold or hot place?
→
Charge the battery in a room where the temperature is between 5 °C and 35 °C (P.EN13)
●
If the operating time reduces significantly even after a full charge, the battery has reached the
end of its service life.
(The lifespan of the battery depends on the usage conditions such as ambient temperature and
how long it has been used for)

Replace the battery (P.EN17)
Cannot charge (The status display lamp does not come on)

Is the charging adapter fully inserted in the wall socket?

Is the charging adapter plug fully inserted in the connector of the charging base? (P.EN12)

Is the main unit placed properly on the charging base?

Place the main unit on the charging base again (When placed correctly, the status display
lamp will come on)
●
Is a foreign object attached on the charging terminal?
→
Remove foreign objects (P.EN21)
●
Is the brush cover attached correctly? (P.EN20)
●
Is the battery connector inserted firmly? (P.EN17)
Charging
The status display lamp flashes

Is a foreign object attached on the charging terminal?

Remove foreign objects (P.EN21)
The battery level lamp does not go off (Charging time is very long)
●
The charging may take longer (up to 8 hours) depending on the usage conditions such as
ambient temperature and how long the unit has been used for.
●
When the main unit has been charged for more than 8 hours and the battery level lamp
still does not go off, it may be due to a failure of the main unit. Please contact the retailer where
you purchased the main unit.
