REPLACEMENT OF MAIN PARTS
6. Replace beater bar unit with a new one. Reinstall beater bar
support in the proper motor position and connect the two
lead wires to the motor terminals.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the lead wires are correctly
positioned to avoid be pinched between bodies. (Fig.6)
7. Place the base plate and refasten the screws.
8. Connect according to the schematic diagram and reinstall
the connections cover.
9. Reassemble the two wheels and caps. Finally place the
beater bar pedal.
4. Align beater bar motor and/or side brush unit with the
beater bar body slots and press it until the fastening points
get locked into the holes of the beater bar body. (Fig. 8)
5. Connect the two lead wires to the beater bar motor terminals
and place the support in the proper motor position.
6. Reinstall beater bar assembly in their holding points.
Connect the lead wires according to the schematic diagram
and reassemble the remaining parts in the reverse order.

(2) Beater bar motor / Side brush
1. Remove base plate and beater bar assembly as explained
previously in paragraph (1) "Beater bar unit", points 1-5.
2. Remove the beater bar motor and/or side brush placing a
flat-head screwdriver and between beater bar body and
motor or side brush as indicated in the illustration. (Fig. 7)
3. Replace beater bar motor and/or side brush with a new one.
