3.9. MAINS LEAD

 1. Remove hose end and front body as explained previously in

paragraph 3.8 MAIN FUSE.

 2. Remove mains lead connections and take it out. (Fig. 20)

NOTE: To release the terminal from the housing, use a
tool Ref.: VLJ-20 Supplied by JST.

 3. Replace mains lead with a new one, and connect it refer to

the schematic diagram and re-install it. (Fig.21)

NOTE:

Make

sure

the

lead

wires

are

correctly

positioned to avoid pinching them between parts.

 4. Reassemble base suction inlet and remaining parts in the

reverse order.

3.10. ON/OFF SWlTCH

 1. Remove hose end and front body as explained previously in

paragraph 3.8 MAIN FUSE.

 2. Remove the lead wires (provided with quick-connect

terminal) from the switch tabs. (Fig.22)

 3. Release switch claws with a flat-head screwdriver and take

it out. (Fig.23)

 4. Replace ON/OFF Switch with a new one and re-install it.

 5. Connect the lead wires refer to the schematic diagram and

reassemble base suction inlet and remaining parts in the
reverse order.
