7.4.3. Electrical Adjustment
Perform the Electrical Adjustment using PC with Adjustment Software.
As for Adjustment conditions/procedure, consult the "Adjustment Manual" which is available in Adjustment Software.
Note:
- Download the software package from TSN website, then install the software.
- The first time, perform all adjustments.
- The second time onwards, only performing BF adjustment would be enough.
7.4.4. Procedure of Visual Checking
Preparation: Prepare the RP Chart M size (SUKZ000035) and RP Chart L-Size (SUKZ000034 or SUKZ000068).

Adjust distance between the camera and RP-Chart so that
Observation point : Four corners(Especially the wedge-shaped mark closed to the angle of view 0.7 area.)
If “partial out of focus” area were found, try from 1st lens frame adjustment.
If it does not recovered although being tried more than three times, perform disassembly/assembly and/or
By visual check : No partial out-of-focus are found on the entire picture.
The appearance of perceived resolution of the entire images are well balanced.

Attach the repaired Lens on master camera body.
Mount master body on tripod.
Reset the camera setting, then set the parameters
(Focus and measure the subject on the center of the screen)
Adjust the lighting condition so that the shutter speed of the picture being taken will be 1/30 - 1/125.
(The Shutter Speed can be confirmed with EXIF data.)
* The standard illuminance on the surface of all the 5 points of
the chart described as shown in the figure with red marking
- Picture Size : L
- Picture Quality : Fine (JPEG Give priority to the picture quality)
Focus on the chart with the Maximum aperture state (
TELE: F5.6 / WIDE: F3.5
), then take a photo with
- Mode dial : A (Aperture-Priority AE Mode)
- Photo style : Standard
