Attaching the Lens Cap/Shoulder Strap
When the camera is not in use, attach the lens cap to protect the lens.
• We recommend attaching the lens cap to the camera using the lens cap string to prevent loss
of the lens cap.
• Attach the shoulder strap when using the camera to prevent it from dropping.

Use the lens cap string (supplied) to attach the lens cap to the
camera.

: Make sure that the thicker portion of the string is not hanging over the lens cap
or the shoulder strap eyelet.

Attach the lens cap.
• To attach and remove the lens cap, press the areas
shown by arrows in the illustration.
