Simmering
The temperatures and times recommended are for simmering only. These
recipes require to cook food items (e.g. meat, vegetables etc.) with high power
before moving onto simmering stage. In such cases, cook the food items by
selecting the appropriate power level,
then change to Low Temperature Cooking
Mode.

If Low Temperature Cooking Mode is used after cooking with a high power,
the appliance stops flashing but does not beep when the set temperature is
reached.
