Replacing the Consumable Parts

2.

Replacing the board transfer rollers

For the board transfer roller of board holder, carry out the operation holding the nut on the back
side.

1.

Remove the board transfer roller with
a hexagonal wrench.

2.

Set a new board transfer roller.

3.

Setting the board transfer belt

1.

Check the transfer direction of the
belt.

∗

Put the arrow mark direction printed on the
belt on the transfer direction.

2.

Insert the flat face of the belt into the
gap between the roller and the guide.

∗

Put the green face of the belt up-(out-)side
and the white face down-(in-)side.

3.

Tighten the drive pulley (with the
edge) and then small pulley.

4.

Check the tension of the belt.

∗

For checking and adjusting the tension
