Replacing the Consumable Parts

Transfer Head :Replacing the the Arm and Spring (18000 hours)

Turn off the servo switch.

Put a container and so on under the

head unit.

∗

Prepare for falling tools or the clamp or screws
of the nozzle holder on the machine.

Hold the bolt up with the tweezers
and take out the 2 arms.

After removing two arms, take out the

spring with the ring and exchange it.

∗

Set the spring so that the hook of it is at the
middle position between two arms.
