2-2 Functions during Production Stop
These are functions to carry out the immediate stop during production.
(The immediate stop is to stop the production shortly during the sequence.)

. Press
STOP
for the immediate stop
on the operation panel.

To restart the operation, press
UNLOCK
and
START
.
• The machine state independent of the produc-
tion data is set.
See “Chapter 8 Machine Settings.”
• The production information starts.
• The operator mode appears.
• The remained counter is checked and reset.
• The maintenance during the automatic opera-
tion is carried out.
• The head is restricted.
• The primary dispensing starts.
(Only with the function switch turned on.)
• Data requiring the correction after teaching and
the coordinate data can be corrected.

CHINE WHEN IT IS IN A SINGLE STOP OR CYCLE STOP CONDITION.
The machine has been stopped only temporarily. You may be injured if the sensors are
actuated and the machine moves unexpectedly.
Turn OFF the servo switch before placing your hands or body inside the active part.
