8-4 Dot Recognition Result
The recognition result using the dot feedback is collected for each head. Data is listed from the top
in the later order.
Area : The average of area for each dot recognized (mm

)
F. B value : Dispensing time change in the feedback (s)
Judgment :
OK ------------------- No feedback
NG ------------------- The recognition range is out of feedback range and the immediate stop
works.
Feedback ----------- When the recognition area is within the feedback range, the change of area
is got and the dispensing time is changed, then the recognition is carried out
after another preparatory dispensing.
Contents of NG :
Decrease ----------- The recognition area is smaller than the teaching area
Increase ------------ The recognition area is smaller than the teaching area
Dripped ------------- The filament happens
Recog err ---------- False recognition
Head No.
The dot recognition result of other head is displayed.
Reset
The collected recognition result is deleted.
Form print
The dispensing recognition result is output through the printer.
