*1 When a call is made using the PBX System Phonebook, the called party’s name is not stored in
the Outgoing Call Log. To log the name as well as the number, store the item in the Handset
Phonebook before dialling it. (See page 35.)
*2 If the handset is out of range or the power is off, incoming calls are not recorded in the Incoming
Call Log. To record incoming calls in the Incoming Call Log, move within range and make sure the
handset is powered on.
*3 If the phone number of an item in the Incoming Call Log is 23 digits or longer, an error tone will
sound and you cannot edit or call the number.
*4 If the phone number is stored in the phonebook, this step can be omitted.
