Receiving Messages

Recording a Two-Way Conversation

By assigning one of the function keys on your tele-
phone to this feature, you can record the conversation
that you are having.
W h e n y o u r e c o r d y o u r t w o - w a y t e l e p h o n e
conversation, you should inform the other party that
the conversation is being recorded.

This feature is available only if
your company is using a Pana-
sonic KX-TD series telephone
system.

A beep sounds every sixteen

seconds during recording.
